Mechanical centering for zero brake rub and a firm lever feeling.

The disc brake caliper alignment tool designed to eliminate brake rub and achieve perfect pad clearance. Positioned directly inside the caliper body over the brake rotor, it mechanically locks the caliper in a parallel orientation to deliver identical pad retraction clearance on both sides.

The conventional method of aligning a hydraulic disc brake caliper holding down the brake lever while tightening the mounting bolts frequently fails. Uneven piston extension combined with the micro-rotation of the caliper body under bolt torque causes subtle twisting. This misalignment leads to persistent brake rub, uneven pad wear, and an inconsistent lever feel on the trail.

Complete caliper alignment in one package: This set includes the CA1.2 (for 2-piston brakes) and CA2.2 (for 4-piston brakes) to deliver quick, rub-free alignment across all your bikes.

Set 2: CA2.2 + PPR1.1 | 2-Piston Brake | Bleed & Mobilize

This set combines our PPR-1.1 Bleed & Mobilize Tool Block to set a solid hydraulic fluid volume for a crisp bite point and facilitate controlled single-piston mobilization, with our CA-2.2 Caliper Aligner to mechanically center the caliper over the rotor for zero brake rub - both from high- PA Composite material.

Application in Seconds:

1. Loosen Caliper Bolts: Slightly loosen the caliper mounting bolts so the caliper body moves freely.
2. Insert Tool Block: Slide the Tool Block into the top opening of the caliper over the rotor.
3. Tighten Caliper Bolts: Evenly tighten the caliper mounting bolts back into place.
4. Finish: Remove the tool, reinstall the pads – Stop like a boss!
