The ZINE Bleed & Service Set (INTEND TRINITY Edition) is a multi-block service solution engineered specifically for the caliper design of the Intend Trinity 4-piston brake system. Developed to match the specific piston dimensions and caliper tolerances for this brake, this set provides tools for piston mobilization, bleeding, and mechanical caliper centering.

Features & Material Quality

  • Multi-Block System: Contains individual blocks for bleeding, mobilize and align the caliper functions, matched explicitly to TRICKSTUFF caliper geometry.
  • Targeted Individual Control: Features precision-machined recesses that securely hold adjacent pistons in place, allowing controlled extension, cleaning, and exercise of individual pistons without risking over-extension or fluid loss.
  • Exact Oil Volume Definition: With specific dimensions of 10 mm, this bleed block ensures that the oil volume of your brake is set exactly to the correct level. Because our aluminum block is solid and does not compress, it allows you to define the exact oil volume for all four pistons simultaneously.
  • Symmetrical Alignment: Support equal pad clearance on both sides of the rotor to eliminate dragging, noise, and uneven pad wear. Made from a PA composite material, provides stability without scratching the rotor surfaces.
  • Max. 2.0 mm Rotor Thickness: Fit seamlessly for brake rotors up to 2.0 mm in thickness.


Application in Seconds:

  1. Mobilize: Remove wheel and brake pads. Insert the mobilize block. Squeeze the lever gently to extend a single piston, clean with isopropyl alcohol and push back into the caliper. Repeat for all four pistons.
  2. Bleed: Insert the bleed block into the caliper slot and lock in place. Complete the system bleed according to service procedure.
  3. Centering: Install wheel and use the alginer block to center the baseline caliper alignment. 
  4. Finish: Remove the block, reinstall pads – Stop like a boss!
