Consistent stopping power and a crystal-clear pressure point require two elements, exact system fluid volume and fully synchronized, free moving caliper pistons. Standard universal plastic bleed blocks flex under pressure and do not offer a controlled solution for routine brake exercise.

This set combines the PP-1 Bleed Block and the PR-1 Mobilize Tool Block into a brake service system. Designed with exact tolerances and non-compressible stability, this set isolates the two most critical brake service procedures into safe, repeatable steps.

• Exact Oil Volume Definition: Engineered to exact 10 mm tolerances, the solid block defines the optimal hydraulic fluid volume during service. By eliminating tool compression under heavy lever force, the design guarantees a consistent, defined bite point.
• Controlled Piston Exercise: Features engineered tool that lock three pistons in position, allowing controlled single piston extension, cleaning and lubrication without risking piston pop-out or fluid loss.

Application in Seconds:

1. Mobilize: Remove wheel and brake pads. Insert the mobilize block. Squeeze the lever gently to extend a single piston, clean with isopropyl alcohol and push back into the caliper. Repeat for all four pistons.
2. Bleed: Insert the bleed block into the caliper slot and lock in place. Complete the system bleed according to service procedure.
3. Finish: Remove the block, reinstall pads – Stop like a boss!
