The ZINE Bleed & Service Kit (SRAM MAVEN Edition) is a multi-block service solution engineered specifically for the caliper design of the SRAM Maven brake system. Developed to match the specific piston dimensions and caliper tolerances of SRAM Maven, this kit provides tools for piston mobilization and bleeding.
Features & Material Quality
- Multi-Block System: Contains individual dedicated blocks for Bleed (PP-1SR) and Mobilize (PR-1SR) functions, matched explicitly to SRAM Maven caliper geometry.
- Targeted Individual Control: Features precision-machined recesses that securely hold three pistons in place, allowing controlled extension, cleaning, and exercise of individual pistons without risking over-extension or fluid loss.
- Exact Oil Volume Definition: With specific dimensions of 11 mm, this block ensures that the oil volume of your brake is set exactly to the correct level.
Application in Seconds:
- Mobilize: Remove wheel and brake pads. Insert the mobilize block. Squeeze the lever gently to extend a single piston, clean with isopropyl alcohol and push back into the caliper. Repeat for all four pistons.
- Bleed: Insert the bleed block into the caliper slot and lock in place. Complete the system bleed according to service procedure.
- Finish: Remove the block, reinstall pads – Stop like a boss!
